Your clients are yours. We will never contact them.
We don’t email, text, or market to your customers. The only messages we send them are appointment confirmations and reminders, on your behalf, in your name. That’s it. We will never promote other businesses to your clients. There is no discovery feed, and there will never be one.
Export everything, anytime. No support ticket needed.
Every plan includes self-service export of your full customer database, appointment history, notes and settings, as a standard CSV file. No gating. No "contact us to arrange export". If you leave, you take everything with you.
If we shut down, you get 30 days and your data is never sold.
If schdl.me ever stops operating, we will notify every business, keep the platform running so you can export, and permanently delete everything afterwards. Your data will never be sold to another company. It will never be transferred to a buyer without your explicit, per-business consent.
Your customers’ data is isolated. Always.
If one of your clients also books with another business on schdl.me, neither of you sees the other’s data. The consent your client gave to you stays with you. We don’t share across businesses. There is no cross-business directory, and there will never be one.
Marketing only with permission. And permission expires.
Your customers only receive marketing from you if they actively opt in at the time of booking. A ticked-by-default box does not count. If they unsubscribe, they stay unsubscribed until they explicitly opt in again, from scratch. No automatic re-enrolment.
Founding members lock in today’s price.
Whatever price you join schdl.me on, that’s the price you keep, for as long as you stay subscribed. We won’t raise it on you to hit a target. We won’t quietly re-tier it. The only thing that resets it is letting your subscription lapse and then reactivating later, at which point the rate in effect at reactivation applies.
If anything in our Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy contradicts the spirit of these promises, the promise wins. If anything is unclear, email legal@schdl.me. A real person reads every email and will explain it in plain English.
